Geotextiles Africa, a major supplier of geosynthetics in Southern  Africa, was established
in 1995 and became a division of Fibertex SA in February, 2013. The company has formed strong partnerships with leading international and local manufacturers, offering design and product solutions for major infrastructure projects such as Gautrain and Eskom Power. These include Polytex® woven and Fibertex® non-woven geotextiles, Drainex® subsoil pipes, Bentofix® GCL’s, Secugrid® reinforcement grids, HDPE and welded mesh gabions, Cavidrain® and Leakdrain® cuspated drainage sheets, Flexidrain geonets and composites as well as a wide range of soil stabilisation products including geocells, geojute and silt fences.
